How are partner clinics selected?

ReBornMe collaborates only with clinics that meet baseline criteria, including:

  • Valid Department of Health (DOH) licenses
  • PRC-licensed physicians
  • Clear consultation and informed-consent practices
  • Experience supporting international clients

No. All partner clinics operate independently. Listing or coordination does not constitute endorsement, employment, or representation.

Fees cover non-medical coordination services only, such as communication support, scheduling assistance, and logistical coordination.
No. Medical fees are billed directly by clinics according to their own policies.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel or change my plans?

Yes. We understand plans can change.
ReBornMe assists with communication regarding cancellations or rescheduling, subject to clinic availability and policies.

Refund eligibility for coordination fees (if applicable) depends on timing and services already provided. Medical refunds are governed by clinic policies.
